Our granola is here to support your cycle. We utilise something called seed cycling in our mix. it's the idea of eating the right seeds that support different stages of your cycle throughout the month.

 

Pumpkin seeds are typically enjoyed in the first half of the cycle (the follicular phase), as they are rich in zinc and essential fatty acids that help support healthy oestrogen levels.

 

Sunflower seeds are often used in the second half (the luteal phase), thanks to their high selenium and vitamin E content, which can help support progesterone production and overall hormonal balance.
